The Salon du Chocolat for gourmand and gourmets

The Salon du Chocolat, the much-anticipated annual rendezvous for chocolate enthusiasts, opens its doors soon.

The chocolate event of the year

From October 28th to November 1st the favourite trade show for all keen cocoa and chocolate fans will be held at the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre. The 2016 edition promises, as always, to be filled to the brim like a box of chocolates with tastings, fun and a whole host of events based around what may well qualify as the world’s favourite foodstuff. For the 22nd consecutive year the show will be a sweet mixture of industry professionals, chocolatiers, pastry chefs and confectioners. In an area of ,000m2, Hall 5 of the Porte de Versailles invites visitors to discover the biggest names in chocolate. With parades of chocolate dresses created for the occasion, the Cocoa Show, Chocosphère and the Pastry Show, this year is set to be better than ever.
